As you know, I've been a vegetarian for over 17 years, so I've gotten a lot of people accusing me of overreacting and just making stuff up, but clearly I'm not. And none of this even gets into the huge environmental damage and complete inefficiency of the meat industry, or the health repercussions of eating meat. You know I couldn’t bear to look at whatever you linked, but even “Fast Food Nation” does a good job of describing how horrific and stomach-turning the beef industry is.
