This really doesn’t do the mullet justice. It’s a full-on kind of thang that would have been out of place even in the mullet’s 80s hey-day. Nor does this pic capture the guy’s super-creepy filed-to-a-point fingernails nor his multitude of gothy rings. But he’s not wearing black?! WTF?!
